Real Wedding – A Fairytale in Barcelona
I love it when I get a client that has a vision for their wedding that is truly timeless and beautiful. Even better is seeing that vision come to fruition in all its glorious details. Heidi and Lalo came to us wanting an invitation that was going to mirror the classic elegance of their wedding in Barcelona, Spain. We created a beautiful Tiffany Blue silk letterpressed gatefold invitation and followed through with pieces for the actual day: Programs, menus, place cards and ended it all with an elegant set of custom Thank You cards. Coordinating Your Wedding Theme

I often have brides ask me how important it is to coordinate their invitations and reception stationery with their wedding theme and colors. No matter what kind of wedding you are having, your wedding is a reflection of you as a couple. When you send out invitations, you are setting the stage for what your guests should expect. That expectation should be carried through the day of your wedding by the setting and decor. Stationery is a big part of making a more personal impression about your event. Your theme and colors should be consistent and carried through from the invitation to the reception stationery, all the way through to the thank you notes. It’s the perfect way for you to add your special touch and make your wedding day memorable not just for yourselves but for each person you invite to share in one of the most important days in your lives.

Three in One… Custom Menu Frames!
Its a placecard, menu & favor all in one!
We’ve been working with one of our favorite wedding planners, Marie Danielle at À Votre Service Events and one of her clients for their wedding at the beautiful Oheka Castle in New York. The bride wanted something different, but very elegant for their reception menus, as well as the placecards and favors. Everything had to tie in together nicely with the reception decor, but she didn’t want the table too cluttered. So, after much brainstorming, we came up with the perfect solution… Behold the menu, placecard and guest favor all wrapped up in one! All made to match the invitations. Goes perfectly with the decor as well!
(1) A custom designed slipcover over the menu frame with guest name framed in a classic flourish with ribbon and rhinestone accents (top left image).
(2) Cover slips off to reveal wedding menu (bottom left image).
(3) After the wedding guests can stand the frame up and insert their own photo! (right image).

Carciofi Design at Oheka Castle Bridal Show
That’s Oheka Castle in New York… Marie Danielle from À Votre Service Events gave us a call and asked if we’d be interested in doing some fabulous menus for their table at the Oheka Castle Bridal Show and we didn’t have to think twice. The menu is of course ultra glamorous and doubles as a wedding favor/keepsake. The menu slips out of the built in frame and guests can slip in a photo in it’s place. Beautiful at your wedding reception and a wonderful gift!
Marie Danielle at À Votre Service Events is a wedding planner extraordinaire with amazing taste. If you need to hire a wedding planner in the NY area, don’t hesitate. She is the best! We’ve had the pleasure of working with several of her clients who all rave about her, and looking at her table design you can see why.
